It is also important to learn to communicate ones expectations to others as well as their fears to help promote trust and understanding towards the attainment of the common goal. To create a suitable working environment, all the bad blood ought to be eliminated through apt communication. The continued assessment of the action plans will also help ensure that all team players do not deviate from the set goals of providing quality health care to the patients. Also, including the patient in the final decisions about their health care is crucial and should not be overlooked.
